Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging and all included accessories (such as tags, instructions, etc.).
If the return is due to product quality issues, we may ask you to provide relevant photos or other supporting documents as proof. - Return Process

Reason for return (if there is a quality issue, please attach relevant photos or documents)
The product you wish to return or exchange
Waiting for review
We will review the return request within 1-2 business days of receiving it and provide a return address and detailed return instructions.
Return Processing
Please ensure that the product is well packaged and sent back by a traceable method. Any damage during the return process will not be returned or exchanged.
- Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the account you originally paid.
If the return is due to product quality issues or wrong products, we will cover the return shipping costs. The return shipping costs in other cases will be borne by you. - Situations where returns are not accepted
